by volunteeres!
This year is the 11th time and a “New Start” forward.
Opening event will be held on December 3rd.

Reservations are not necessary. Winter illumination at Azuminonosato is free and you can see anytime in winter night (I am not sure when in this winter, but maybe similar to the last year.) Another illumination at Alps Azumino National Government Park is not free, but you don’t need to reserve.
