Do you like Miso soup?
As you know, Miso is a traditional Japanese seasoning!
We use Miso not only Miso soup but also various Japanese food.
I joined making “Miso paste” tour yesterday for the first time.
It is made from boiled and mashed soybeans mixed with salt and rice malt.
It takes for 6 months to a year to be fermented!
My handmade miso paste will come into my possession in November.
I can’t wait 🙂
