The Wasabi flowers are in full bloom at the Wasabi Farm now!

The edible flowers of the Wasabi cane can be boiled and served with soy sauce.

They have a delicious, spicy, Wasabi – like taste.

You can try them at the Komorebi-Marche festivals, which will be held at the Wasabi Firm every weekend until the 12th of April.

There will  also be some displays and stalls from local Azumino artists and hand made gift shops !
